Anne Hicks 7/10/2019 9:59 PMI have reduced my meat consumption so have reduced meat trays covered with cellophane. Instead I purchase fresh mushrooms at the Farmer's Market. To keep them fresh they use a paper bag which prolongs their shelf life.
