I failed my plastic-free travel during my flight to Paraguay from the US. I ended up getting the meal on the plane without thinking, So much plastic! Every item is individually wrapped in plastic and none of it is recycled. I will be much more careful on my return flight.

Disposable tampons and menstrual pads are often quite expensive. What are the economic and personal benefits of this switch for you?

I'm excited to reduce the plastic waste. I also won't have to worry about running out of tampons again!

Huge devotee to the menstrual cup and dedicated user for over a decade!

One cup is around $30 and can last for years. It pays for itself really quickly.

Happy to answer any questions about menstrual cups if anyone needs tips!
