    As I made a to go lunch, I realized that even if I was reusing plastic cutlery, that wasn’t a good option, so I bought reusable bamboo utensils to use instead, then reminded and encouraged my friends and coworkers to do the same.

    What are the economic and personal benefits of switching to bar soap/shampoo/conditioner or refillable bottle options?

    Much easier to refill soap bottles than continually buy new ones.  Making your own bar soap lets  you control the ingredients and do away with packaging.

      Awesome Claudia. Ever try to toss in compostable plastics?  BTW- they will not likely compost... but I've never tried.
