We cut up fruit at home and transfer it to tupperware containers for lunches.  We have extra cutlery at home that we use to send in lunchkits and we use Contigo coffee cups and water bottles.  

We have glammed up our coffee cups and water bottles with cute decals to keep track of them at home/work/daycare/camp which becomes a conversation starter when people stop to read them.

We save time and money by skipping the drive thru and are eating healthier because of it.  We encourage others to take similar steps when people ask about the fun decals.  I have also purchased a couple of reusable cups with cute graphics for my friends so we can expand our circle of influence with their friends/family/co-workers.

The kids are at daycare and camps throughout the summer, so we added fun decals to their reusable water bottles.  They enjoy taking them with them to use because they have fun graphics.  Water is a healthier choice than juice and the reusable water bottle from home is a better choice environmentally than sending juice boxes.

We take our reusable grocery bags to the supermarket when we shop but we also use them to pack extra clothes/jackets/towels out to the lake.  

Reusing items reduces the clutter in our home and saves us money.

We have reusable water bottles and Contigo travel mugs that our family uses on a regular basis.  We have also recently purchased reusable steel straws.

When we are in an area where there is no access to potable water for extended periods  (ie camping), we bring our single use water bottles back with us and return them to the bottle depot for recycling when we arrive back in town.
