I will replace my plastic toothbrush with a bamboo toothbrush.

I will provide daily plastic free alternatives (straws, water bottles, cuttlery, bar soap, bamboo toothbrushes, etc.) for my family to use.

I will avoid buying toxic plastics, including polycarbonate, polystyrene and polyvinyl.

I will use deodorant either from a bar or a jar or I will make my own.

I will purchase toothpaste in an aluminum tube or in a glass jar or make my own!

I will use a menstrual cup and/or cloth pads

I will properly recycle used contact lenses and packaging.

I will purchase refillable beauty products.

I will spend 60 minutes educating my family on the basics of living a reduced/no-plastic lifestyle.
