    Finding ways to use the items you would have disposed of in new ways. Like using an old container as a pot or to place jewelry in.

    I do not have to feel as guilty when I purchase the healthier foods I need. I like that I am more aware of where my food is sourced and if it is sustainable.

    The amount of single use plastic we use as well as the amount of items we purchase that we do not need.
