    We focused on straws. It was easy when at home but more challenging to remember to bring the straw with you when we were out. But even while on vacation we made efforts to avoid using straws. We also brought our reusable water bottles on the trip to avoid bottle water

    We are eating differently and coming up with new ideas for snacks everyday
