Grace DaFonseca 7/31/2019 4:19 AMI think the hardest challenge of all was making a zero-waste meal - it really opened my eyes to how much is packaged in plastic. From dressings and condiments to grains and dairy. I will definitely be more mindful in the future and purchase options in glass, paper, or metal when possible. -
Grace DaFonseca 7/28/2019 7:47 AMAfter I spent some time picking up plastic litter at the beach, I now notice how much litter there is everywhere! I will definitely continue this effort even after Plastic Free July is over! -
Grace DaFonseca 7/28/2019 7:46 AMAs a result of my trash audit, I am now going to participate in an urban composting program!
