REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy Unpackaged ProduceWhy do you think these produce products started amassing so much plastic packaging? Who is the plastic packaging really serving -- the consumer, the producer, or someone else?
Woody Compton 7/31/2019 5:43 PMThe producers and retailers. It groups like objects and ensures they don't get confused with other, similar items. It's about getting every dime for every piece of produce.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Minimize PackagingWith the added mindfulness of reducing your packaging, what have you noticed about the amount and type of single use plastics used for packaging when you shop in the grocery store?
Woody Compton 7/17/2019 5:55 PMIt's everywhere! I'm surprised every day by what cannot be recycled and how everything is packaged in plastic, and not just in the grocery store. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPets All Natural Pet ToysIn what ways is supplying your pet with all natural pet toys better for your pet, better for you, and better for the environment?
Woody Compton 7/16/2019 6:03 PMMy cats enjoy simple toys better than purchased ones. I don't know why. They love paper bags, a plastic milk jug ring on a long piece of yarn, and wadded up paper seem to make them happiest and get more attention than almost any toy we've purchased.
