REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Travel ToiletriesWhat is the benefit of using bar soaps or refilling your travel sized containers? Is this an action you think you will keep in your life?
Candice Brothers 7/24/2019 10:16 AMWith refilling my own containers, I know that the products I use will not have an adverse reaction with my skin or hair. In the past, sample bottles at hotels have made my psoriasis and dandruff much worse. With bringing my own reusable containers, I don't have to worry about that. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Complete a Waste AuditWhat did you learn about the waste you create? Where can you reduce the most?
Candice Brothers 7/24/2019 10:15 AMI create the most waste with paper and food. A lot of my food scraps are thrown in the compost heap, but I'm not doing as good of a job as I should with eating fruits and veggies before they go bad. For paper, writing things down is more effective for me to remember than using my phone. I make sure to use both sides of the paper first and stay away from paper that cannot be recycled. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Support a Sharing EconomyWhat are the benefits of a sharing economy? How could a sharing economy change the dynamics you have with friends, family and/or neighbors?
Candice Brothers 7/07/2019 7:07 PMThe benefits of a sharing economy are numerous. A sharing economy allows for obtaining goods and services at a lower cost while keeping items out of the landfill. -
Candice Brothers 7/07/2019 7:05 PMOn Friday, I bought a gorgeous buffet table from one of my neighbors.
