Here is the bread recipe if anyone is interested!

Irish Dairy Bread Recipe  : 4 cups AP flour, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 cup buttermilk

Mix all dry ingredients, rub in butter with your fingers, add buttermilk and gently stir. Place mixture onto floured surfaced and knead until everything comes together.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes at 375.

I bought a cookbook and started to make my own bread. It's actually super easy and quick, only 3-4 ingredients.
