REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Skip the StrawHave you noticed a shift in your community as more messaging about reusable straws becomes mainstream? Cite some examples.
Meg Adams 7/24/2019 7:38 PMToday at Company Burger I asked for no straw and no lid, but they weren't giving out ANY lids and the straws they gave to patrons were paper, which is a start!! -
Meg Adams 7/22/2019 6:14 PMFor some reason I committed to sign a petition every day - how can anyone do that?!? That seems like it should have been a one-a-month challenge!! But I'm doing pretty well with the others. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Use Reusable BagsHow difficult was this challenge for you? What made it easy or difficult?
Meg Adams 7/16/2019 10:09 AMI find it very aggravating when grocery stores automatically start bagging in plastic bags, even when I bring my own!! And if someone doesn't bring their own bags, they should at least ask if they want paper or plastic. At least paper is recyclable. -
