Deborah Adams 7/30/2019 2:58 PMSo thrilled to find small cotton bags at Sprouts in their bulk section area. These are meant for ,well, items in the bulk section area. Great alternatives to plastic bags. I'm also going to use them for small produce items as well. -
Deborah Adams 7/29/2019 5:12 PMRefusing plastic bags has definitely become a habit. In doing so I had to work through a little discomfort. Purchasing vegetables without the getting plastic bag and just having them in the cart. Will the clerk be inconvenienced? Is my fruit more protected in a bag?The clerk was fine and my produced survived. -
Deborah Adams 7/27/2019 3:23 PMWent to Starbucks and they gave me my iced mocha without a lid as requested ! However they did place a green plastic stick in my other order. So I felt like it cancelled out my attempt go without a straw. I'll know better next time! -
Deborah Adams 7/25/2019 11:08 AMI've gotten really picky about the plastics that I choose to use. I'm constantly outweighing the pros and cons of each purchase. Yes I need the plastic water indicator so I'm not overwatering. No that veggie bag is not worth it.

Deborah Adams 7/24/2019 8:05 PMInvested in some larger cloth grocery bags with POCKETS. Having the right tools makes shopping easier. -
Deborah Adams 7/10/2019 8:03 PMI joined because I'm constantly inspired by the Educators at the Aquarium. I listen and watch and I learn from them every time I'm there. It doesn't always manifest itself immediately but a couple of days later after watching them lead by example I think to myself "I could do that". -
Deborah Adams 7/09/2019 4:44 PMThis has been an eye opener. I didn't realize I was using so many thin plastic produce bags!
