Last day of the challenge, but I'm glad to have made some changes to last every day!

Despite not remembering to log in and click my challenge goal buttons, I've done pretty well in succeeding with my goals. It certainly has succeeded in having me think twice about plastics usage and even has my husband starting to consider it! 

So sad to see the challenge over looking forward to next time!  Let's keep this going Team!  I challenge you all to make a difference!  

After participating in my second "Plastic Free July" challenge, I will continue to do my part to keep up the new habits and make my little corner of the planet a cleaner place.

Went to the Nascar Races in New Hampshire this weekend.  I made sure that all my friends and family that were drinking with straws were using either paper straws or metal.  I purchased both to hand out and even got our camping neighbors to join in.  They were all excited about his and asked where they could purchase the metal straws.  So...

With the plastic bag ban, people are wondering what to do about bags for picking up after your dogs or cleaning the litter box. Here's a great idea, utilize bags from items that you get anyway, like the bags from bread, or cereal etc.
