When I go on trips I fill up my reusable water bottles. I find that it helps me stay hydrated more by using refillable bottles. And when out with other people staying hydrated can turn into a game by toasting or saying fun chants. 

I find the benefit is knowing how much soap I actually need/use. When you have long hair you get sucked into accidentally overusing hair care products. So, when you have a limited supply you're more aware of how much you're actually using. This is something I will for sure continue in my life.
