    A couple days in and so far this is a lot more challenging than I thought it would be. You don't really realize how much plastic is used until you are aware of its use throughout the day. How's everyone else doing so far?

    I think I have always done my best to minimize my plastic use. I switched over to a reusable lunch box and glass Tupperware to minimize one time use plastics like zip lock bags.

    I haven't seen much coverage on straws locally, but I have seen changes in other cities like Los Angeles. Some places do not provide straws at all, some require you to ask for one, and some have modifications to their cups so you don't need to use a straw

    Nowadays, I see more restaurants gravitate towards using reusable containers. I usually save these containers to use for lunches that I prep at home
