Louisa Lubiak 7/19/2019 12:08 PMPreparing and packing your own lunch is well worth the effort. It just got more difficult for me because I swore-off pre-washed boxed lettuce for the month of July for the EcoChallenge. Now I have to rinse, spin-dry and tear my own lettuce every night when I make my lunch for work the next day. :-)
