I'm happy to have completed the challenge mostly because I learned a lot of varying ideas and ways to reduce my reliance on plastic, but I'm happy also that it is nearly over - I struggled logging in every day! I'd totally do it again though :)

Reminded today by a co-worker who went to Shedd Aquarium over the weekend how turtles have seconds to decide if something is a jelly fish or a plastic bag - eat it before it gets away or not :(

Broccoli - other than the Farmer's market, hard to find broccoli that isn't wrapped in plastic! Some in Styrofoam and then plastic - sigh. Kroger is the only one that doesn't wrap it in plastic that I found. (Obviously, I'm only speaking for my regular grocery/produce spots.)

Buying onions without a bag worked great. Green beans, not so much! Maybe I can re-use store bags instead!
