Anastasia Bremmer 7/31/2019 11:59 AMI'm happy to have completed the challenge mostly because I learned a lot of varying ideas and ways to reduce my reliance on plastic, but I'm happy also that it is nearly over - I struggled logging in every day! I'd totally do it again though :) -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/30/2019 2:54 PMWe’re nearly done! Go SAR! -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/29/2019 5:44 AMReminded today by a co-worker who went to Shedd Aquarium over the weekend how turtles have seconds to decide if something is a jelly fish or a plastic bag - eat it before it gets away or not :( -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/29/2019 5:40 AMBroccoli - other than the Farmer's market, hard to find broccoli that isn't wrapped in plastic! Some in Styrofoam and then plastic - sigh. Kroger is the only one that doesn't wrap it in plastic that I found. (Obviously, I'm only speaking for my regular grocery/produce spots.) -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/26/2019 1:20 PMFarmers markets are a great way to shop with zero packaging! -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/24/2019 11:12 AMToday, I discussed saving plastics with Mohammed! -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/13/2019 1:22 PMBuying onions without a bag worked great. Green beans, not so much! Maybe I can re-use store bags instead! -
Anastasia Bremmer 7/12/2019 6:19 PMGoing well! I’m going to try the bar shampoo!
