REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonal Care That Was a Close ShaveWhat have you noticed about the economic and social impact of switching to steel razors? Was there ever really a need for disposable razors, or do you think it was just a way to sell more things?
Stephanie Blagg 8/03/2019 4:07 PMPlastic was a cheap option for companies. There is zero reason to buy razors that dull after a few weeks of use. It's cheap in the short term but no other purpose. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy Unpackaged ProduceWhy do you think these produce products started amassing so much plastic packaging? Who is the plastic packaging really serving -- the consumer, the producer, or someone else?
Stephanie Blagg 8/03/2019 4:05 PMIts It's cheap and easy for companies to put their products in plastic. There was never a need for plastic packaging for produce. It was just convenient for the company -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Use Reusable BagsHow difficult was this challenge for you? What made it easy or difficult?
Stephanie Blagg 7/27/2019 1:44 PMIt was difficult because I initially just took it out of habit, then had to decline!
